the I-95er Roadtrip
This
roadtrip takes you along the Interstate-95
corridor from Washington, DC to
Boston, MA to see
six ballparks. On this trip you will see the
Nationals Park in Washington, DC,
Camden Yards in
Baltimore,
Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia,
Yankee Stadium
and Shea Stadium in New York and
Fenway Park in
Boston. Over a weeklong span it is possible to see
all these ballparks. You can start your trip in
either Washington, DC and travel North or in
Boston, MA and travel South. Because this trip
involves six teams you will have to look at each
team's schedules to figure out the best time to
see each one. There may be only one time during
that the year that this is possible. This trip may require some back
travel in order to see every team. Remember that
the Yankees/Mets and Nationals/Orioles are never
in town on the same days. In order to see both
teams, schedule your trip so that you see one team
play a weekend series and the other the first of
the next week. |
